Make an Appointment
If you need care right away for a sickness or injury, we welcome you to walk-in. However, if you need to see a doctor for a screening, test or exam (such as a physical or well baby check), we ask you to please make an appointment. This will allow us to keep you right on schedule!
To make an appointment with one of our doctors, physician assistants or nurse practitioner, please contact our friendly staff at (308) 344-4110, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, or between 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. If you are an established patient, you can also request an appointment through the Patient Portal.
